Jeff and Kerry
Over a decade ago, Jeff, Kerry, and their family relocated from Brisbane to Adelaide to lead a struggling church of just over twenty members. Despite financial challenges and the need for renovations, their leadership navigated the church through this season, as well as engaging the community through work for the dole programs. As attendance grew, the congregation soon outgrew its renovated building and began searching for a new location. In 2018, during a mission trip to India, Jeff and Kerry were invited to become Senior Pastors of a church in Kolhapur, relaunching it as ONE LIFE Church with Nelson and Rani as Location Pastors. Eight years later, this location has grown to several hundred members, with expansion underway in Bangalore. Around the same period, ONE LIFE Ministries International was established in the USA, with plans to launch a Dallas location in 2026, following a series of providential events and partnerships. In Australia, as the Church grew Pastor Scott and Linda Sharrock stepped into the role of location Pastor and during 2024 the passion of Gary and Jane originally from the Philippines, led to the formation of ONE LIFE Church Philippines, which officially launched in January 2026 with close to 180 people.

In September 2025, ONE LIFE Ministries International (OLMI) was formally recognized. Under the leadership of Jeff and Kerry, OLMI is dedicated to building a global family of churches and ministries, fostering community and support for churches and their leaders worldwide.
